Conscious Breathing Mindfulness Exercise
Breath-focus is by far the most common kind of formal meditation practice out there. There are SO many different ways that we can watch our breathing and play with our breathing to bring us into the present moment. This Conscious Breathing exercise is all about breathing on purpose.
We start by breathing deeply, setting up a slow, deliberate rhythm and then adding a count to the breath. Then I guide you to experience filling your lungs to capacity and then emptying them fully.
